In essence, It is just a respectable company.  So, You should buy traffic towards the website. But, since it's "cold," it will require some advertising information. That is why I would not advocate it to anyone who has no prior expertise in marketing. Motivate happy consumers to go away optimistic reviews on Google My Business enterprise or Yelp.
